'Request for Accommodation' form now available

The City of Terrace has created an official 'Request for Accommodation' form for residents to be able to officially request an accommodation related to a City program, service, event or initiative.

If you require an accommodation:

  • Download the 'Request for Accommodation' form here.
  • Submit the form at least 10 business days before the accommodation is needed

The form is also available on the City of Terrace's official website's Accessibility page. .
