By the end of summer 2026, the Terrace Public Library will have its own paved parking lot, just west of the main building. In addition to having two accessible and three regular parking stalls, the new lot and paved surfaces will make the building more easily accessible to anyone with mobility challenges, impairments, or other disabilities.

The pathway leading from the lot to the George Little Park bandstand will also be paved.

    Prep work has begun on the new library parking lot. Trees in the area were trimmed, and a few were removed to make way for the lots.
