What We've Heard So Far

At the October 6, 2026, Committee of the Whole, Council received an update on Phase One activities completed as part of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan Update, including a summary of key findings related to the engagement activities conducted and to outline next steps in the update process.

The combined findings from Phase One and future engagement, together with technical analysis, partner input, and demographic trends will inform the development of the draft Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan. The draft plan will be presented to the community for review and feedback in Spring 2027 before being finalized and brought forward to Council for consideration and adoption in Summer 2027.
