It’s time to update our Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan!

Terrace is evolving, and so are the ways people use parks, participate in recreation, and connect through culture. Updating the plan allows us to take a fresh look at what’s needed, what is valued, and how we can improve.

Your input will help shape priorities and ensure our parks system continues to support a healthy, active, and connected community.

What is a Master Plan?

A Parks, Recreation, and Culture Master Plan provides a roadmap for future investments, programs, and services. It helps identify community needs, set priorities, and guide long-term decision-making, while also supporting climate resilience, protecting natural areas, and enhancing biodiversity.
