Paper Copies Available

While a digital response is easier for data collection, we understand some people are more comfortable with pen and paper.

Paper copies of the survey are available.

• Pick up a printed copy at City Hall (3215 Eby Street) or the Terrace Public Library (4610 Park Avenue).
• Download and print a PDF of the survey.

All paper copies must be completed and dropped off at City Hall by 4pm Monday, October 7.

City Hall is at 3215 Eby Street. Hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
